Tumbling Classes

Tumbling Classes at The Zone teach solid fundamentals in tumbling. Your child will gain coordination, flexibility, strength, body awareness and self-confidence, all while having fun! Students are challenged as they learn tumbling skills in a positive, goal oriented environment. This is a co-ed class, but can also help girls looking to try-out for their school's cheer team. Student to instructor ratio is always  1 or less.

This 45 minute tumbling class focuses on the skills needed specifically for competitive dancers! Focusing on back-walkovers, kip ups, front walk-overs, side aerials, Valdez, and running front walk-overs, while touching on back-handsprings, tucks, and other unique skills for dance. Students will move through weekly drill circuits that include spotted stations that are aimed at building strength and awareness, creating successful shapes, building power, and perfecting form. The ratio for this class is 10:1 and the lower price reflects that!
