We are proud to have the only competitive Gymnastics Team in Jefferson County, IL. We believe that each athlete is on their own journey. Addressing the learning styles of each individual, caring for the health of our athletes, and implementing proper skill progressions along with injury prevention are keys to lasting progress. We foster a supportive and positive environment amongst teammates, coaches, and parents. We want our athletes to always feel like they have a voice. When coaches, athletes, and parents can work together to support their athletes, we can help them to realize their goals and take ownership of their own journey!
